Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders to the UK over £20

Please find below a table with our current delivery options and respective costs.

Standard Delivery (3-5 Days) – £2.50

Unfortunately, at present we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom

Please note: Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and public holidays, orders receieved during these times will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods orders may take longer than the estimated timeframes.

Returns Policy

Natural Xtracts will only accept returns of unopened, undamaged products purchased via naturalxtracts.com, within 14 days. Customers wishing to return products shall do so at their own expense and enclose proof of purchase. A refund will be issued once the products have been inspected and transaction verified. This may take up to 10 working days.

All orders are quality checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that products are faulty, damaged or do not meet your expectations, please email us straight away on customerservices@naturalxtracts.com.

For us to deal with your enquiry efficiently, please include your name, order number (found on your email confirmation), along with details of the issue.

Once we have received your request, we will respond with details of how to send the item(s) back to us.
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you will receive a refund of the full cost of the item. If your refund is approved we will arrange for a refund (excluding delivery charge) to be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
